The guests travelling with family are welcome. My kids will be very excited to play around with your kids. I also want to learn and share about family traditions, routines with yours. I think that is also your expection while decide to take Vietnam homestay instead of staying in a hotel, dont you? I also feel happy with single, couple travelers by the way.

I offer the simple but good taste breakfast. There are some choices such as bread with butter, Vietnamese noodle or pancake with fresh fruit and coffee. Our kitchen in first floor is free to use if you want to make your own style food.

Location desc:

We live in Chem village, Tu Liem district, Hanoi. It takes 30 minutes from Noi Bai airport to the city. Meter taxi (recommended Mai Linh Taxi and Taxi Group) and hired cars are easy to find in Hanoi. If you plan an extended homestay in Hanoi, you might consider renting a bicycle or motorbike.

Our location is near Red River Hanoi and just 2.5km to Thang Long Bridge. My house is very close to Đình Chèm (Chem temple) a very sophisticated architecture with hundred years old.

To the main places:

  • West Lake - Tran Quoc pagoda: 17 minutes taxi drive
  • Hoan Kiem Lake and Ancient Quarter: 25 minute taxi drive
  • Noi Bai Airport: 30 minutes taxi drive

We live in a very old village of Hanoi, Chem village where the traditional cuture and old houses are still quite typical. For truly expriencing a homestay in Hanoi, we suggest you should add some following activites into your plan:

  • Biking and walking to visit our village. I can help you rent a bike or take you on my motorbike to visit Chem village with local market and pagoda. You will see how our daily life passes day by day. It is quite different to the busy Hanoi center
  • Play football at a playground just behind my house. This is a very simple playground but very excited at afternoon when the villagers gather together to play football or others sports. Dont hesitate to join with us if you are fond of.
  • Take a drive along the roads that was once the dam between the Red River and Hanoi center leading to beautiful West Lake. Enjoy a cup of coffee a small shop when waiting for the sunset over the water surface.
